We the People….are calling all 5th grade parents! This is a special event for the 5th graders, and you'll want to be a part of it! 

This year's event will be held on Thursday, September 17th.

Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where every student at BHE feels recognized and celebrated.

Sign up to be a Room Parent for your child’s class. This is an important job because you are a vital link between the PTA and the teachers working with your children.

Copies are done by grade level once a week. This is a HUGE help to our teachers who may not have time to make copies.  

Join Team Thornwood and stay in the loop about community service opportunities at Thornwood Elementary, our sister school, throughout the school year!

BHE International Day will be held on October 29th showcasing various countries and cultures. We are looking for volunteers to help make this event spectacular!

If you love books and would love spending time in the BHE library, please sign up for a spot to volunteer!

Week long event the kids look forward to. The kick-off party, class shopping and Special Friends Day need you to make it all happen!

The PTA is proud to support the SBISD Positive Behavioral Intervention Systems (PBIS) initiative. The ROAR Store will be open during select time frames for the kiddos to come and shop for prizes using their hard-earned points. We are in need of volunteers to help run the store!

Parents, yearbook needs your help! If you like to snap photos, we would love for you to be either a Grade Level Photographer, Event Photographer, or both! Don't have a fancy camera? High-Res phone pics work as well!

Mr. McVay needs our help to assist with displaying artwork and taking photos for student Artsonia accounts!
