Big Form Closes Friday, Sept. 4th!

We encourage every family to fill out the Big Form before it closes this Friday, September 4th. The Big Form is where you can join the PTA, purchase yearbooks, birthday marquee messages and extra directories, as well as donate to BHE's Underwriting Campaign and our sister school, Thornwood Elementary.
Yearbook
Yearbooks are only available for prepurchase in the fall, so be sure to do so before Friday, September 4th. Most families purchase a yearbook for EACH of their children since they have signing parties the last week of school. We’re not able to order extra yearbooks for those who forget, so order now!

We are looking for donations of NEW, unused prizes for our ROAR Store Raffle. Our first ROAR store is on Thursday, September 10.
Have a new toy, game, craft kit, sports item, gift card or other kid-approved prize you’d like to donate? We’d love to use it this semester!
All donated items must be new and appropriate for elementary-aged students.

General Underwriting

New this year, businesses and families who donate $2,500 or more to the 2026 General Underwriting Campaign will receive a blue banner in the carpool line - similar to the green Dads' Club Sponsor banners that are hanging outside the field. Sponsors who donate $5,000 and above before Friday, September 4th will also receive their logo on a banner displayed in the school lobby and in a prominent location at various school events. Your generosity will directly benefit more than 770 students at BHE by helping bridge the gap between public funding and our school's needs.

BHE’s sister school, Thornwood Elementary, is collecting items for their PBIS store, safety patrols and scrapbooking club. You can help by ordering from the Amazon wish list and shipping directly to the school, or dropping donations off at Keleigh Spinner’s home at 11820 Chapelwood Ln. Items don’t have to be on the wish list—any small prizes your child would enjoy or scrapbooking supplies are appreciated!

Field Trip Shirts

Students will wear their same blue BHE field trip shirts again this school year. If you are a new student and did not order a shirt last year, you may purchase a field trip shirt for $10.

Calling All Creators! This year’s PTA Reflections Contest is officially underway! If you love to write, dance, sing, create art, and you are inspired by this year’s theme, What My Culture Means To Me, we would love to have you participate!

GT Referral Window

Room Parent Sign Up
