Houston’s Hottest Table: Private Dinner for Ten at Katami

 


 

Step into the center of Houston’s dining scene with an exclusive private dinner for ten at Katami, the city’s most buzzed about culinary destination. You and your guests will be treated to an elevated, chef-driven experience featuring a curated menu personally crafted by Chef Hori, showcasing Katami’s signature precision, artistry, and bold flavors.

 

To complement the evening, this dinner includes a $1,000 gift card toward cocktails, wine, and sake to ensure that every toast is as unforgettable as the cuisine. This is more than a dinner; it’s a front-row seat to Houston’s most elite dining scene.

Raise the Paddle

 

Next weekend at auction, you’ll have the opportunity to continue BHE’s tradition of excellence by raising your paddle to help us bridge a funding gap of $958,000.

 

Currently, the BHE PTA funds $539,000 in salaries, an increase of $330,772 from the previous year. These positions, including Math & Reading Interventionists, Counselor, Stem Specialist, Intervention Specialist, and Campus Assessment and Instruction Specialist, elevate student engagement and academic achievement, and they are made possible because of BHE families’ generosity and support.

 

Only $6,380 in state funding is provided per student annually. Once facility and core staffing expenses are covered, a staggering 46 cents per student per day is left. Despite this significant gap in public funding, the BHE PTA historically has been able to provide essential supplies and enrichment experiences as well as the critical salaries mentioned above. In anticipation of SBISD’s 2026-2027 budget cuts, now is the time to come together and raise funds to maintain BHE’s level of excellence and high standard of learning and development.

If you haven’t purchased your tickets to BHE Après Ski, please buy them here THIS WEEK! We are turning in our final headcount by the end of the week, and it would help our team tremendously to be able to give an accurate number. 

 

Tickets are $150 per person or $300 per couple, and if you are sitting at a sponsored table, you will still need to check out using the discount code provided to secure your tickets for the event.

Reminder: A ticket is required to purchase parties or bid on silent auction items, so be sure to purchase before those open in BidPal! 

 

 

 

Beverage Wristbands & Tickets

 

Due to mountain rules, beverage service must be purchased separately from your ticket. Beverage wristbands and drink tickets for the night of auction are being sold through Dad’s Club. Wristbands are $100 and allow for full bar access (unlimited drinks, responsibly) and drink tickets are $20 per drink. Please note no individual drink tickets will be sold the night of auction. Wristbands will be sold until 8pm.

Epic Party Pass 

 

Don’t want to fight the masses for those coveted party spots? Have multiple kids and lots of parties you want to attend? We’ve got you covered! TWO Epic Party Passes will be released on Wednesday, February 18, at 9 PM. For $1,200, you can guarantee access to any party* for anyone in your family. Grab one before they’re gone!

 

*Good for entry to any kid or adult parties, with the exception of the Ryder Cup golf tournament. Limited to your immediate family.
