One more week for pre-season ticket prices!

 

With just over 6 weeks until auction, be sure to grab your lift ticket here before prices climb on January 15th.

 

Pre-season tickets are $125 per person or $250 per couple, available now through January 15. After that, prices will increase to $150 per person or $300 per couple. (Please note: a couples ticket must be two people from the same family to align with BidPal accounts.)

ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR PURCHASE WITH YOUR TICKETS:

  • Playground Photos – A gorgeous 8x10 black and white photo of your child printed on foam board. You won’t want to on this annual keepsake!

 

 

  • Heads or Tails – A fun way to support BHE at auction. Winner will receive a Revo Party Barge cooler filled with a set of Tossware Après Ski stemless glasses and champagne. Don’t miss this Party on Ice!

Après All Night

 

Due to mountain rules, beverage station service must be purchased separately from your ticket. Beverage wristbands and drink tickets for the night of auction are being sold through Dad’s Club. Wristbands are $100 and allow for full beverage station access (unlimited drinks, responsibly) and drink tickets are $20 per drink. Purchase early as prices will increase on January 15th!

 

 

Leave a Legacy – Calling all 5th Grade Families

 

This year the 5th Grade Class is raising money for two additional picnic tables for our students, staff, and families to enjoy.  Our goal is $9,000 to cover the cost of both tables. Please consider donating to help our 2026 Bunker Hill Elementary class leave a lasting mark at BHE.

 

Fifth grade parents can support the Leave a Legacy campaign by making a monetary donation here.  Any amount will help!  Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our beloved school.

Family Photo Submissions – DEADLINE THIS FRIDAY, JANUARY 9!

 

Include your family photo in this year’s auction brochure by following these easy steps:

  1. Send your family photo digitally to the BHE Auction Team with the subject line “Auction Brochure Family Photos”.
  2. Submit a payment of $175 here — 100% of the proceeds from your family photo donation benefit auction!

The deadline for all family photo submissions is Friday, January 9th!
