5th Grade Graduation Schedule of Events

We can’t wait to celebrate our fifth graders as they complete their journey at Bunker Hill Elementary! Our teachers and volunteers are planning a special final week of school, and we want you to be ready to enjoy it all!
5/14 Thursday - Talent Show
8:30 am- parents can attend
5/21 Thursday - Farewell Day!
8:30 am- Welcome reception and refreshments - parents welcome
9:15 am- Farewell ceremony - parents welcome
10:30 am- 5th grade clap out parade through school - parents welcome
10:45 am- Pick up Chick-Fil-A lunch in the MPR
*Chick-fil-a delivered lunches will be available for pre-order on Membership Tool Kit. See below*
11:00-11:30 am- Lunch and slide show - parents welcome
12:00 pm- Inflatables, games and treats - students only
5/22 Friday - ½ Day + Strut Down Strey + Pool Party!
½ day- Sign t-shirts, pizza party and Kona Ice in class
11:45 am- Strut Down Strey parade
*Friends, family and members of the community line the parade route and cheer*
Bus ride to Lakeside Country Club pool- students only
Pool party until 2:15 pm - students only
*Permission slip required for Strut Down Strey and Pool Party*
Parent Information Packet & Permission Slips
Detailed information was sent home regarding the 5th grade graduation schedule of events and permission slips. It is required that we receive the signed forms for your child to participate in these graduation activities. Completed forms must be returned to your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, May 6th.
Chick-fil-A Lunch?
We are offering the option to pre-order a Chick-fil-A lunch for you and/or your child. They will be delivered to BHE and you can pick them up in the MPR after the Farewell Ceremony. Orders are due Wednesday, May 6th. Place your orders here!
Want to Volunteer?
We are looking for parents to help with Farewell Day, Strut Down Strey. While all parents are encouraged to attend the farewell ceremony and lunch, only volunteers will be able to participate in the Fifth Grade Farewell Games and Pool Party!Click here to volunteer!
