Parent Information 

Welcome, parents and students, to a new school year! The Suzuki violin classes will resume after Labor Day, on Sept. 6, 2022. Students who were in the classes last year will continue their instruction. Also, we will be starting a new class of beginners in grades 1, 2 and 3.

Parents may enroll their child in this program if they agree to the main component: to attend the weekly lessons and guide their child’s home practice. If parental attendance at lessons is not possible, you should not enter into the program.

This year (2022 - 2023) we will offer a 22 week program; each student, with parent, will receive a weekly 15-minute private lesson (scheduled during lunch or recess, on either Tuesdays or Thursdays) and a weekly 45 minute group class after school, to which students are assigned according to playing level (beginners will meet Thursdays after school; returning students on Tuesdays). Schedules will be set as soon as possible when registration is received.

Each student should have received a registration form and note explaining the program and fees (if you did not get one, I can send a copy through email); to sign up, please send the form to my email or a copy to the school as soon as possible.
